"Which recipe should I pick?"
Character LoRA is the most common starting point. If you're training a specific person or recurring creature, start there. Style and motion are harder to get right on a first run.
"What is a trigger word?"
A short token like "char_xyz" that activates the LoRA at inference. Include it in every generation prompt. Keep it short and unique — avoid real words the model already knows.
